Dairis spent nearly a decade building Printful's fulfillment operations as Director of Operations - establishing and running four production facilities across the US and Mexico: 490,000+ sq ft, 800+ employees, 20,000+ products shipped daily, as the company scaled from startup to a $1B+ business. He built Printful's global quality management system, led Lean Six Sigma, capacity planning, and data analytics programs, and ran the operations development team responsible for tech-enabled process improvement. Since 2024 his focus has been AI transformation: deploying agentic automation across real business workflows and training teams to run them. He sees operational waste the way most people see typos.

Daniels is a senior full-stack engineer and product builder with 12+ years turning ideas into production software - native mobile apps, web platforms, backend systems, and AI-powered products built from scratch. He founded and operates Caliverse, a consumer subscription fitness app with 300K+ downloads, running engineering, payments, analytics, support, and growth - largely by building his own AI-powered agentic operating system that does the work of the team he'd otherwise have hired. He works at the frontier of AI-assisted engineering, constantly testing the latest models and systems. At What If It Works he leads engineering: system architecture, AI-assisted development, and turning messy workflows into stable, maintainable automation a business can rely on.
